Abstract
The development of social media has become the main medium for the spread of intolerant and radical narratives among Indonesian people. This research aims to analyze intolerant and radical language patterns on the TikTok and X (Twitter) platforms, formulate a counter-narrative based on Indonesian and Pancasila values, and implicate them theoretically and juridically. With a qualitative content analysis method on 20 speech samples in the 2023–2025 period, four dominant language patterns were found: extreme labeling, negative generalization, outright hatred, and implicit sarcasm. The counter-narrative is designed with the principles of courtesy and inclusiveness, utilizing local proverbs and the precepts of Pancasila to deconstruct radical narratives. The juridical implications emphasize the role of Indonesian as a language of unity (Article 36 of the 1945 Constitution jo. Law No. 24 of 2009) in preventing the disintegration of the nation. This research offers a new linguistic-practical model based on positive legal norms, with recommendations for the integration of Pancasila digital literacy to prevent radicalism in the digital space.
UU No. 24 Tahun 2009) dalam pencegahan disintegrasi bangsa.
